Our Founder:
Mr Kapil Arora

Kapil is a firm believer that fitness plays a very important role in shaping up one’s life, both professional as well as personal. Kapil started his fitness journey in 2014 and had to overcome a mountain of challenges to reach where he is at the moment. Keeping aside the challenge of losing weight while battling health conditions like high cholesterol and lower back pain, Kapil also had to overcome issues like maintaining a healthy diet and regular workouts as travelling is an integral part of his professional life. He had a desire to become a Lesmills instructor which wasn’t going to be easy. 

 ‘Beginning is easy. Continuing is hard.’ – A Japanese proverb. Kapil experienced the same during his transformation journey despite putting in his best. He delved deeper and gained more knowledge about body transformation, supplements, dietary requirements, nutrition and started again. Armed with this new found knowledge and the renewed confidence in his abilities, not only did Kapil successfully manage to lose weight, but he also became a Lesmills instructor – Lesmills BodyPump Instructor – 2020, Lesmills RPM Certification – 2020 & Lesmills Core Certification – 2021!  

Having experienced the transformation power of such trainings and the fact that one needs no equipment to be a part of these fitness sessions while you can workout at the comfort of your home, Kapil realized the immense potential that such workouts hold for tens and thousands of individuals across India, thus leading to the formation of Wizards of Wellness or as we call it, WoW. 

‘I did it. So can YOU!’ is the mantra Kapil lives by day in and day out. Once you become a part of WoW, this will become yours too! 


Fitness & Nutrition:

The food we eat plays a vital role in how we look and feel. Regular workouts are important but nutrition has the largest impact on our fitness. Nutrition is basically the outcome of a healthy, balanced diet. From good nutrition, our body gets energy, amino acids, calcium, fat, vitamins, minerals, phytochemicals and antioxidants. Also, nutrients when consumed on a regular basis in prescribed amounts lead to a toughened immune system (some of the best immunity boosters are vitamin c, e, zinc, carotenoids and omega 3 fatty acids). In simple terms, it is ‘the fuel’ our body needs to replenish itself after a workout. 

 While all the above are necessary for a wholesome nutrition, one also needs to make sure that they are getting enough protein in their diet. Proteins are crucial for building, repair, oxygenation, digestion and hormone regulation and they also have many fitness benefits, including:

For years, the conventional belief that ruled athletic training programs was that meat was the only source of protein to build muscle. Today, we know for a fact that a balanced vegetarian diet that meets energy needs and contains a variety of plant-based, protein-based foods such as soy products, beans and lentils, grains, nuts and seeds can provide adequate protein without the use of special foods or supplements. Our team of experts and certified professionals at WoW take all these into considerations for creating tailor made workout offerings for each individual. Along with these, we also provide customised meal planning and diet consultation to ensure that along with the fitness workouts, the dietary requirements are also fulfilled.
